"STAY AWAY!!! For the last three months, they have been adding and removing things on my policy without consulting me which has been raising my bill between 20 and $60 per month. They claim it’s because I canceled my drive safe and save which is not true. As soon as I found it in the mail, I installed it. I don’t know about you, but when I agree to a set monthly payment for a six-month premium, I expect the payment to be the same every month. I called in over 15 times and only three of those phone calls were answered, and none of my voicemails were ever returned not once. Doug, Boss and his team do not know how to respect others and by being honest and open to you as they have lied to me about my policy. Tell me things like there’s nothing we can do about it or it must be a glitch in the system when it’s not, they just refuse to do their job and figure it out. One day I tried calling them for an emergency on my bill and I called maybe 10 times and they hung up on me every single time. I specifically told them to shut off my auto pay so I can manually make my payments like I do with every other bill that I have and they said that they successfully shut it off, but I continue to get text messages saying that my bill was overdue and auto pay was not working and because of that I incurred a $15 charge for every auto pay that did not successfully withdrawal because I no longer use that account and the first time it happened, I called in and they said they fixed it and refunded me, but they clearly did not. My original bill when I first started the plan. $180 is my current bill now, after they added stuff to my policy without my permission because of the bogus claim I removed drive safe and save, $240. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau."

"Today on March 27th I was so luckily able to meet a nice lady by the name of Liz she was very kind understandable and straight forward my personal experience with insurance companies has always just been very rough bouncing around to every insurance company and getting beat with high rates and she was able to help me get it lowered by 100 and for that I’m very grateful 5 stars 🤪"
